The plant in mid-afternoon. I usually don't show you how really awful cactus flowers look when they crumble. If you look carefully, there are about a dozen buds still swollen, not open. Lots of cactus flowers, especially in the genera Trichocereus/Echinopsis/Lobivia are open for less than 24 hr. (31/48)
