Weingartia lecoriensis 5/17/20
This is the same species as the very first picture of this gallery. This is a much older and bigger plant, where the beauty and symmetry of the spine clusters is not so easy to examine. Also, very many flowers. I hope that it has the Weingartia habit of flowering a lot all summer. Note the brown insect on the flower just to the left of center. No idea what it is. (46/56)
