Neoporteria subgibbosa f. heteracantha MG1037.52 11/26/16
A start of the winter Neoporteria flowering season. Note that there is fair agreement that the genus Neoporteria should be folded into Eriosyce. I run hot and cold on this. I don’t agree with it when I watch seedlings of the several genera that were combined germinate and grow. When I look at mature plants, I’m a believer. (03/24)
