Echinocereus coccineus MG191.2044     5/8/15
This has a nice pure orange color that I had forgotten about. I have, since this picture was taken, put this plant into a very large pot. It will grow to be many stems from its current single stem, I hope. It will spend the winter outside from now on. The species seems to be reliably hardy in northern New Mexico at 6400 feet (about 2000 m), which is where I live.   (04/40)
