The plant is a cluster of very hairy stems up to about 18" (45 cm) tall. Unfortunately, the stems tend to bend down rather than stay erect. The flowers, as you can see, come right at the apex and do so continually from spring to fall.. The green thing is an almost-ripe fruit, which is yellow when fully ripe. You can see the remains of the original flower still attached to the fruit.    (16/32)
